Quincy Center Garage

This 710-space parking garage is located in the historic heart of Quincy Center. Large expanses of glass curtain walls accent the stair towers and provide daylight and security to users. Punched openings mimic windows to modulate the facades and metal mesh provides further textural interest while screening views of parked vehicles. A dynamic façade is achieved by alternating precast wall panels and terra cotta screening. The concrete panels incorporate deep reveals and inlay brick that draw from the historic stone and brick detailing found in the area.
