This 970-car parking facility is designed to balance function with creative expression. An efficient precast concrete structure is wrapped with perforated metal panels lit with programmable color changing LED lighting, creating a dynamic backdrop to the adjacent park. Glazed stairways enhance user experience and provide visual interest to the building. Ground level brick facades with punched openings bring pedestrian scale to the base of the building.
