241 A Street

241 A Street is an adaptive reuse of an historic Boston Wharf warehouse building in the Fort Point Channel neighborhood of Boston for restaurant and office uses. The project included new windows and doors, entry sequence, facade repair, building systems, and the collaboration with a landscape architect for the design of Binford Green Park. STA redeveloped the building, located its office on the second floor, and managed the building for over a decade. It is a testament to our commitment to preserving history while embracing modern design and sustainability.
